In the Cyber Hub, please locate your Virtual Machines, after clicking your Course and then applicable lab. This will display the Immersion UI and control panel.

After lab resources are allocated, you'll see the following:

• The IP addresses for each computer (Click on the icon next to the IP address to copy)
• The Connect and the Destroy Lab buttons become active
• If the computer is in a standby or sleep mode, the Start Nodes and Start buttons become active

Definitions

• NODES are the virtual lab machines. Clicking on it will expand the course.
• ALLOCATE LAB RESOURCES is required to gain access to the lab computers.
• START NODES will turn on all the computers within that course at the same time. (It might take a bit longer than starting a single computer).
• START will turn on a single computer.
• RESTART NODES will reboot the lab machine that is selected in the user interface.
• DESTROY LAB allows you to get brand new lab computers (Files stored in lab computers are not backed up so destroying a lab will also delete files saved in those computers and they are not recoverable.)
• CONNECT or LAUNCH starts a remote desktop session with the lab computer.

Note: Lab computers are not backed up. Save your lab work to your cloud drive.
