To take a screenshot while in your Virtual Machine, please find the "Screenshot" button in the top right-hand corner.
1. Select the Screenshot button. This will capture what is currently on your screen on the Virtual Machine.
2. You will see an edit drop down, where you have the ability to edit the screenshot.
3. After selecting edit, you will have the ability to make notes on the screenshot, using the draw tools or you can actually download the screenshot directly to your personal machine for storing.
4. After making your edits of the screenshot, you have the ability to save your changes or download the screenshot.
5. It's important to note that your recordings and screenshots will be available under Lab Files in the Student/Faculty experience, but it associates with the lab that you were working in when you took the recording or screenshot.
6. You can review your screenshot if you go back to the Student/Faculty VLE user interface and access Lab Files.
7. You can further edit the name of the screenshot or download the screenshot if needed. If changing the name, please make sure to click the save icon.
8. You should now see the updated name for the screenshot.
