- A user goes into the lab environment and tries to allocate a set of labs for their course. After clicking allocate they are immediately receiving the message "Something Went Wrong".
- 2. This is due to either:
a. The available labs for this course have all been allocated and reserved by other students. This issue will resolve itself in 15-30 minutes when more labs become available and at that time the student can refresh and try to allocate again.
b. There was an allocation error assigning and reserving the lab environment for that particular student in the background that is not visible to the student. In this event and where 2.a did not resolve the issue then a support ticket with the Virtual Lab Support team. You can open a ticket directly here:
