- This error can happen when a student/faculty is logged into the VLE and attempt to launch their Virtual Machine to access the VM. The issue is that the student/faculty have 2 sets or more of cached credentials logged into their browser and Microsoft is unsure on which one to use.

2. This will happen in all major browsers if you have cached credentials for 2 different accounts. There are two ways to resolve this issue.
a. You can clear all your browser cache and history, ensure that you have completely closed out of the browser, please check task manager that there is not a background browser process still running, then relaunch your browser. If done correctly, you should no longer have 2 different accounts cached in your browser. When you click launch in the online classroom or student/faculty experience, you should be prompted for credentials and able to log in using your Cyber Florida / Cyber Hub provided account.
b. Depending on the browser that you are using, you can use Incognito / InPrivate / Private modes and how to allow 3rd-party cookies while using those modes.
